The Building Code does not mandate periodic architectural site observation visits for most residential projects, if a licensed contractor is performing construction services.
Full Contract Adminstration usually involves weekly site visits including project meetings with the architect and owner. In most residential projects, this amount of time is excessive and expensive.
I provide "on call" Contract Administration as an additional service based on an hourly rate of $60.00 per hour.
Please note that I am always available by telephone (as part of the basic design package) to answer contractor's or owner's questions during the construction phase of the project.
