It is impossible to determine at the start of a project how many regulatory boards will require submissions and/or appearances before them.
Depending on the complexity and content of the issues to be discussed, the client may determine that his or her lawyer or civil engineer attend any given meeting.
While I am always available to attend project related regulatory meetings, I do so, as an additional service (above and beyond the scope of the basic design package) and charge for my attendence at an houly rate of $60.00 per hour.
