The basic design package includs four (5) sets of plans.
Two sets are usually required by the local building inspector.
Two sets are available for the client to give to bidders.
One set of plans should be retained by the client to use for reference. This set can also be given to a graphic reproduction firm to make additional sets of plans if required by the Town or Contractor.
